Prior to entering real estate, I spent 35+ years in IT business solutions running sales, marketing, product development, services and operations. I retired as CEO of a consumer research firm. I love helping clients find their dream home, or sell, and make exceptional real estate deals. In the buy mode, I’m an expert in assessing property condition / value, strategy and negotiating. When selling real estate, I employ winning target-marketing techniques, prep plans and pricing strategies, and apply my well-honed negotiating skills.
